1. Do I need to do a probate?  If you have anything of value OVER $100,000 then YES.  Probate is a wonderful process of shrinking the creditor period down from 2 years to 4 months.
2. How often do POA’s need to be updated?  Every 2 years…Our services for updating the POA’s are FREE after the first initial charge.  If you need changes to the Will or other legal documents it is done at the normal hourly rate charged by Coke.
3. Do you do housecalls?  YES we also have ZOOM Meetings upon request
4. Can you write up a real estate contract? YES – we charge 1 ½% of Sale Price
